These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Lynda Harrison Healing ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Tarot, psychic, and healing services are offered for the purpose of entertainment and personal guidance. These sessions are not a replacement for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial counsel and should not be considered as such.
The healing services we provide are complementary and do not substitute for expert medical care or diagnosis. We advise consulting a licensed healthcare provider regarding any health issues. We strongly advise that you do not postpone or disregard professional medical advice based on information received during a session.
Any actions or choices made following a session are your sole responsibility. Although we aim for meaningful insights, intuitive work relies on symbolism and intuition; therefore, results are not guaranteed. Every reading is subjective and subject to individual interpretation.
Remote Recorded Readings
We also offer remote recorded readings at a reduced rate. These sessions are conducted by us independently — there is no live interaction involved. We tune into your energy and record your reading, which is then delivered to you via a link sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.
Recording links will remain active for 30 days from the date of delivery, after which they will expire. We recommend saving or downloading your recording within this period.
If you experience any issues receiving or accessing your recording, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
As recorded readings are a personalised service created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once the recording has been delivered.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or use our services. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must obtain the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian before proceeding.

4.1 Booking
Sessions may be booked online via our website. All bookings are subject to availability. To complete a booking, you will be required to create an account on our website.
4.2 Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. All fees are clearly stated on our website. We accept payment via the methods specified on our website at the time of booking.
4.3 Online Sessions
All online sessions are conducted via video call. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and the necessary technology to participate. We are not liable for any technical issues on your end that affect the session.

5.1 Individual Readings
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of your payment.
We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. A refund will only be issued in the event that we are unable to fulfil your booking, in which case you will be notified by email.
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5.2 Special Events
The following cancellation terms apply to event bookings:
i. Cancellation or rescheduling made at least 14 days prior to the event will incur no charge.
ii. Cancellation or rescheduling made between 7 and 14 days prior to the event will result in a charge of 50% of the agreed fee.
iii. Cancellation or rescheduling made less than 7 days prior to the event will result in a charge of 100% of the agreed fee.

Gift certificates are available for purchase on our website. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. Expiry terms (if any) will be stated at the time of purchase. Gift certificates are redeemable against bookings made through our website.

7.1 When booking Lynda Harrison Healing for a special event, you must provide all relevant details — including the event date, time, venue address, and any specific requirements — at least one week prior to the event.
7.2 You are responsible for ensuring that a suitable space is available at the venue to conduct tarot readings, including adequate lighting and seating.
7.3 We will travel to your event venue. Any travel costs will be agreed upon in advance and included in the booking confirmation.
7.4 Any use of Lynda Harrison Healing’s name, branding, or likeness in promotional materials or on social media in connection with the event must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to publication.

We may offer to record sessions for the purpose of sharing the recording with you afterwards. Any recording will only take place with your prior consent, which will be sought at the time of booking or at the start of the session. Recordings will be made available to you for 30 days from the date of delivery, after which they will no longer be accessible.
You are not permitted to record, reproduce, or distribute any part of your session without our prior written consent.

We respect your privacy. All information shared during your session will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose any details of your session to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by law.

You agree to treat us with respect and courtesy during all interactions. We will not tolerate disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behaviour, and we reserve the right to terminate a session without a refund if such behaviour occurs.
We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming service. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services. You acknowledge that all sessions and services offered by Lynda Harrison Healing are for entertainment, spiritual, and personal guidance purposes only, and that you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
